Pokerd's odds may change in line with market conditions. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will be considered final once confirmed.

Pokerd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse
• Fraud or Fraudulent Activity
• Harassing other users
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform

If an account is closed, the original balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded where applicable, provided there is no evidence of rule violations.
